I think it should be a 5+killstreak about 20% of my deaths are from them, or they should show up on the mini map,or should be easier to blow up.

Flak Jacket is your friend. Honestly, I've survived a boat load of these remote control pests thanks to that beauty of a perk.

Its a novelty perk, once players realise that they can get more kills with the killstreak if they just get a kill or two more less people will use it.

Maybe they should make it, so if you shoot the RC it acts like a flash bang to the driver and maybe slow them down?

their blast radious should be increased , for 3 kills , all your getting is a grenade
