Stopping Power and Juggernaught were bad perks. Here's the reason why. They're unbalanced. They're better than every other perk (to be killed and get kills) and everybody would have to have one or the other. Now we're free to use other perks that are balanced.

I agree they were bad perks, but I kinda think we need something now because the game is too too balanced. No matter what gun you have you need to pump a clip to kill someone and if you have silencer on even worst.

I think it was a good decision because everybody was using it, thus making it a pointless perk slot.

They now have a new problem with Ghost Pro. There isn't any counter to the perk and everybody is going to be using it soon once they realize all the other perks in the Perk 1 (blue) slot are inferior.

i think it could go both ways. i didn't use stopping power ALL the time, but it really helped a shitload.

put it this way. everybody uses stopping power, so its like just default. SO, if you want to use cold blooded or light weight, then you have to sacrifice killing people faster to do so. right?

i think stopping power should be in BO but not as powerful.

we do need stopping power. since you need more bullets to unload on someone I find myself out of bullets and a kill away from chopper gunner. I since been rocking with the dual mags because of this
