I have to give a lot of credit to Malteser for posting how to prestige in combat training, it got me thinking and uses the same concept.

How to:
( pre )1. Play combat training to get points

1. Get a friend to invite you to a player match lobby ( without starting a match )

2. Click Playercard

3. Click Edit Playercard

4. Have your friend switch the lobby to combat training

( Pre )5. It should have reset your emblems to layer 1.

5.Start buying whatever you want that you have the money for.

I'm a Rank 50 ( general ) in combat training and 34 ( major ) in everything else, If you don't believe this post because of no pictures or videos then I'm sure there's a way to see that my emblem is the 5 star general emblem and being a major I obviously did this glitch.

This is cool, but i still have to work to get the money in combat training, so I'm sticking to buying them. (I already made my emblem too)

I guess i'm kind of confused... It doesn't seem like a glitch since you are using combat training points. Are you using CT points instead of CoD points? Is that all?

It doesn't allow you to make emblems in combat training because it doesn't take away from your "real" CoD points

So the emblems you buy with CT points go towards your online playercard?

Yes, and they don't go away.

Yeah, and speaking of that if you do these steps and save your emblem and your level 50 in CT, you can prestige
