Swastikas alone should not be considered offensive, they have been used long before the Nazi party decided to use them. That's where I believe the report system will cause issues for people who are using the none Nazi related swastika.

Yeah I k ow if it's the opposite way did it nit mean peace or something like that but then Hit inverted it to mean what ever it ment to the nazi's? Like the pnetagram and the crusifix both got turned upside down to mean the opposite. Not sure though could be wrong lol

Originally they did tip it on it's side.. but I believe in order for it to be offensive it would have to contain the same look as the flags.. inside a white circle with a black outline, and possibly red background.
