Well you could, but that would make it uneven for bomb plants/defuses in demo. With 4 people and 4 second controllers, that puts 2 actual players on each team, each one can have one bombsite to themselves so one person from each team at A and the same for B, with extra real players this becomes unbalanced. They could do headshots but this would mean they would be getting less XP than the planters and defusers, 2 controllers each method means no switching people between planting/defusing and doing headshots. which in turn means no bitching about who goes first for plants/defuses, and everyones happy. Makes sense, right?
