1. Completely ignoring the report system
2. Only banning a few people because of the massive number of people being reported at the moment

This is his evidence: he is a booster (I am not) and he has been reported 10+ times for this habit. He has not been banned or warned at all for this. Also, most of his friends are boosters and from HIS experience the only ones who have been banned are those from the TOP PAGE of any leaderboard. That is his theory. Treyarch are looking at the leaderboard and viewing to see which ones have been boosting.

Does anyone have any other evidence either way?
Have you been banned when you weren't on the top page of any leaderboard?
All thoughts are appreciated but please don't hate on me for accusing Treyarch of ignoring us and I hope that all of this thread is wrong.

My friend has been banned for no reason. He isnt a booster because im not and i always play with him. However he is rather good, so he may be reported because he owns. But Treyarch CBA to watch over the games so they just banned him. He was banned for several days.

well the reporting system works like a leaderboard so the more times u get reported the higher u go and they only check like the top 10 or something

they cant just start banning people cause of 1 report

it probably is cause alot of my friends have said they've been reported but not banned so who knows

LMAO, i **** black ops in the bum, everyday. I'm still walking the streets of nuketown baby PS3's are immune to being banned. i have been told i have been reported 50+ times..

Maybe because there are MILLIONS of players combined on both systems. Even if 10% or less Prestige Hacked, or boosting(We know the percentage is higher) what could TreyArch really do?

I think they are more concerned with stopping glitches and patching them then they are trying to stop some random dude you saw in a lobby with a hack that got him 8th or 9th Prestige or something
