1. Completely ignoring the report system
2. Only banning a few people because of the massive number of people being reported at the moment

This is his evidence: he is a booster (I am not) and he has been reported 10+ times for this habit. He has not been banned or warned at all for this. Also, most of his friends are boosters and from HIS experience the only ones who have been banned are those from the TOP PAGE of any leaderboard. That is his theory. Treyarch are looking at the leaderboard and viewing to see which ones have been boosting.

Does anyone have any other evidence either way?
Have you been banned when you weren't on the top page of any leaderboard?
All thoughts are appreciated but please don't hate on me for accusing Treyarch of ignoring us and I hope that all of this thread is wrong.

Yeah, I'm about sure this doesn't work at all on PS3. Ever since the original prestige hack I get reported 20-30 times a day AT LEAST, there are so many butt hurt people. Nothing has happened or has happened to people who even went to 16th prestige.

Well im #1 on a few of the leaderboards and top page on another... I have yet to be banned and all those 200 plus messages a day can suck it. Also, i decided to make a new account as im kinda tired of boosting not gonna lie.

People I have boosted with got banned yesterday, I'm lucky...so far...will probally get reset soon though

My friend got reset for doing the "Five" table glitch, but they just reset his "Five" score on the leaderboards nothing else. Funny thing is he was the one hosting it and I was in it to, I got one rank higher then him on the leaderboards and I was downed about 40 times cause me controller fell of my sofa and i got moved off the table, and I was not reset.

Interesting, maybe with zombies they can only view the hosts point of view...

I doubt it, I think they confirmed theatre mode was just fro anything online meaning the mulitplayer section of the menu. But I am not complying
