-Extreme or repeat offenses: Permaban from playing the game online
Offensive emblem makers
Users who create emblems that are sexually gratuitous or racially offensive.
-Minor offense: 2-week ban from using the emblem editor, emblem reset to default, emblem purchases wiped
-Major offense: Permanent ban from using the emblem editor

You can do it, I'm just saying your putting yourself at risk of lawsuits if you use it online.

Flaws which your using for gain.
It ok finding them and reporting them, never using them. But using them for gain over users is not alright. That when you get into trouble.
Now you could say it Treyarch fault but software a complex thing.
No matter how many hours you look at software nothing tests it more then a release.
Happens with all software does this not make all devs lazy ?
Trey did there best within the time frame given. (Not the most buggy game i played)

The frame rates been fixed for over a ****ing week. I remember when the frame rate was terrible because of how many friends you had and it kept constantly updating. To blame your shit gameplay on the frame rate now is ridiculous.
