In America, you're allowed to be a Nazi, I don't know about in the UK. You're allowed to run for political office as a Nazi. I think it would be offensive to the player if he was banned for showing his ideals via an emblem. There's Nazi symbols all over Kino Der Toten, you could just say you liked the look of them, and wanted to put it in an emblem.

I say that the Swastika should be allowed, but porn shouldn't be allowed, if a minor, most of the people who play Black Ops, went to a porn website and got caught, there would be consequences. But then again, if he drew a swastika in Art class, the consequences would be similar.

Wearing white hoods and robes has been done for thousands on years and in several religious rites.
The KKK changed that perception for ever.
By your reasoning it is ok to walk around in white hoods and gowns or wear a swatsika and no one should take offense because they don't know what historical reference you are using.

That's completely different. Swastika is a symbol for hundreds of things besides Nazi's however the KKK gown was only related to a couple religions and religion clothing changes with time, but this symbol is an important part of our heritage. The Nazi's almost ruined the world, i'm not going to let them ruin an important symbol too. If you want to, that's fine.
