i think so . but what would be the big step?
making a custom .pup file to update to a CFW?
if this happen i think we will be able to update to any version but still having the jailbreak exploit =D

Why would you want to decrypt something thats already decrypted... The debug self is just an .elf file (unencrypted) with a dummy .self header.
