I know this thread will probably get flamed but If you take the time to read what I say and think about it then you will understand my concern.

Mainly everyone who did the Splitscreen Xp glitch has been banned and then reset. Now think about it, maybe treyarch has us right where they want us?

Not pointing the finger at all but imagine The Snake who posted the thread worked for Treyarch. Just becuase he posts it and it seems awesome doesnt mean we wont all get banned. Treyarch could easily set something up on purpose to catch us out.

If I set up a thread about how to get to any prestige easily I bet almost everyone here would do it right? Well how do you know that I wasnt working for treyarch and was telling you the glitch to catch you out. As soon as you do it yeah it works and your 15th prestige, but your instantly logged on the server and you get banned!!

Since treyarch are getting serious now It wouldnt surprise me if they tried this. They have accounts on every site. How easy would it be to set up a glitch to catch us all out?

The prestige exploit has not banned nearly as many people as the splitscreen, and prestige hacking is the most obvious exploit. Yet we do a simple splitscreen boost and Bam!! we all get banned and reset.

All I'm trying to say is that we need to be a lot more careful. Treyarch arnt stupid and they are taking action. If someone posts a new groundbreaking exploit then we all shouldn't rush in and do it, cos it could be a set up.

I know some of you who dont care will just flame this but please take the time to think about it and to actually listen to what I'm saying.

I'm not saying it was a trap, I'm saying there possibility they could try it, they want glitchers and hackers off their game, perfect method. we just gotta be a bit more thoughtful before trying anew glitch

I have a whole string of friends [20+, myself included] who have both did the XP Split Screen glitch as well as the Prestige glitch and we haven't been banned nor reset.

Please don't accuse 3arc of doing anything stupid.
You just have horrible luck and you're taking it out on 3arc because you took a risk, knowing full well of the consequences that would follow.. At least you should, it's common knowledge, no?

Treyarch suck anyway. They dont ban the 15th prestigers or reset them. so they ban and reset us for doing a less harmful exploit?

I see what your saying but on my other account iv done original ct prestige glitch to 3rd prestige, then played legit to 5th prestige, the xp glitch to 6th then played legit and am now prestige 7 level 48 no ban or reset etc, I think its more about discretion and unreal stats that get you busted, more than likely a certain score / ratio in a game will flag your account for review then a look of your recent games and the ban hammer comes, my kd is 3.1,, win/loss ratio 2.01,, kill streak of 34, played is about 5 days (dragged it out on purpose) to try look legit... iv seen loads of guys with highest kill streak of 100+ and considering they only count with non-killstreak item kills, ie only guns, knife, frag etc count i cant see anyone getting 100 lol

Thats only my perspective anyway but has worked for me so far and also maybe a factor is NOBODY knows my other acc has boosted except my bro and he has done the same on his,,

It wouldn't be beyond Treyarch setting everyone up =S
They didn't even patch the Prestige glitch, just changed it so you get reset.

Glad I didn't do this glitch anyway, was so close to though =o

maybe your part or 3arc and getting us all scared into not doing these exploits/glitches .....just a thought
