let me rephrase that for you, i had xbo360, most lobbies people had aimbot and god mode, so i could not come across a fair game where their was no one cheating, ps3 before the jailbreak, their was nothing like that, apart from 2 people but they didnt release anyway bcuz they knw it would be patched, so on ps3 yh their was prestige hack people, but atleast it was not affecting the game, i dont see how a prestige hack is affecting the games, people have the chance to prestige or not, so if people bitch ahhhh hes got 15 lv 70 and gun advantage, and if ur tooo dum to do it, then dont prestige, thats y i said i agree to it to some extent, the patch was to stop the jail break and all its features, and the features effected ps3, sony made the ps3 and i use the ps3 so...., they kept the console clean and their bussiness, also the prestige glitch was actually caused by the game, not the console, and u are comparing a ipod to a ps3, if some gave u a choice, what u want ps3 or ipod? and ipod gaming experience is nothing compared to console plus the ipod games dont cost £40 do they?

Also, let me argue with the "ipod games dont cost £40 do they?" point. My dad works with EMI. A song on itunes costs only 99 cents. sometimes $1.29. Yet for some reason, music companies have the most money "stolen" from them. And yes I'd rather get an ipod over a ps3, because I already have a ps3 and I need a new iPod.

It a simple case of hardware differences and a engine not using the PS3s strengths.
Trey could have put more time into it but they are on a time limit in the end the differences are small.

I agree with patching 'in own time', but what i'm trying to say, when Lexus has got new car promotion (big party or sth) they are sure everything is ready (eg enough chairs, drinks etc). Why gaming industry can't do it? (eg servers capacity etc). I'm only afraid that some problems wont be resolved, thats why i complain. Framerate? :whistle: Most things is a step back. Gfx engine should be upgraded to run better gfx and faster, not the opposite way.
