It is suggested that you do kill JFK but never fully told to you that you do. I dunno if you kill him there or whether it is implied that you are "the person on the grassy knowl". No-one really knows but the people at Treyarch. But they're my thoughts.

Yes, the game hints at the end that you are the one that kills JFK. At the end of the game when you are strangling Dragovich (sp?):

Mason: You tried to make me kill my president
Dragovich: Tried?

His tone of voice makes it sound like Mason was in fact JFK's assassin, whether he was the guy in the grassy knoll or the guy in the sewer that shot him.

U gotta Listen what does Hudson say after he give u a punch in the face.He said that that dragovich progamEd Mason to kill JFK but Reznov sabotaged that and then reznov wanted revenge with dragovich,Steiner and kravchenko for all the stuff they did so u can killed them (that means u didn't kill JFK because Reznov sabotage that)
