Ill have to go try SnD, but I only started using the SnD trick 2 days ago, And I've been prestiging since then. So, I highly doubt it is patched.

enjoy trying, its patched now, theres a few seconds between switching lobbys now, theres a way to do it by uploading youtube vids to give u the time to allow the glitch, but the original method is patched as of today
