Does anyone know how to prestige while doing this? I know how to do it I just don't know how to prestige. It says not applicable in combat training.

Get a friend to invite you into a party, go into playercard, get your friend to change it to Combat Training, The button will now work.

The reason for that is for when you click X real fast, it automatically picks the one you highlighted rather than sending you to Theatre or Player match.

So highlight over it, press back, go to playercard, load custom game, press X 3-4times fast..
