1st. Method is
Standby
On the side of some modems there is a little button called standby. This enables you to lag within Black Ops Multiplayer.
To use in-game, just hold the
standby button to Lag the room, then let it go to resume (Lag time varys. from 10 to 30 seconds) Not all modems have one though. Which brings me to..
2nd. Method is using
Net Tools 5.
First you will need to download Net Tools 5 from
You must login or register to view this content.
Okay once that has downloaded you want to install it and open it up.
Next, Click start, network tools and then click on UDP flooder ( you have to scroll down through tools to find it)
A box should open up saying 127.0.0.1, you have to change that to 27.27.27.27
Below that, it will say "data" add a space then copy and paste it repeatly like so Data Data Data Data Data Data Data ( doesnt matter how many times just fill the box)
Finally there is a speed line you want to change the value from 0 to 10
Click start to freeze everbody and stop or spacebar to unfreeze (Again i wouldnt freeze more then 20 seconds, or you might get disconnected)
