360 users please we want constructive criticism not a Fanboy reply which looks like this: "get a 360" that's not the point. And i'm sure 360 users would be upset if a game was fully functional on the ps3, but would make the 360 crash. This is not about console wars, but what is right. We deserve the same gaming experience.

No you don't, XBL users' money goes towards timed exclusivity and was probably partially why the PS3 version is such a ****-fest.

Whilst I agree with your sentiment, a lot of the stuff you said(see quoted) was a load of bollocks.
Also from a completely neutral standpoint(I own both consoles) why would Activision and it's developers want to support the PS3? It's been hacked to ****, PSN is free so therefore less money for Activision for exclusivity deals and whether you like it or not there's way more people that play online on XBL than PSN(and don't bring up that BS statistic from Sony regarding online users, they didn't mean users they meant accounts created- e.g. one guy could make a million if he wanted to).
I know you PS3 guys have been screwed over here although you shouldn't blame 3arc, that's not fair on them. On the other hand, it's about time we took a stance against Activision for something

I mean we bought the same game that the X BOX 360 users did. Right? We paid the same price they did, i mean we should be getting the same quality they have, and the same gaming experience right? But we are not, we have lag issues, hit marker issues, connection issues, game freezes PS3. This game has the potential to break our precious gaming console. Are X Box 360 users complaining that the game is freezing their console? No they are not. Yet most PS3 users are facing these problems with the game. All of us are not just me! If the game would damage the PS3 hardware from so many shutdowns, i doubt Treyarc would take responsibility. My point is that it's been over a month now and we sence no urgency in Treyarc to fix these issues. Sure there has been hot fixes, but are to patch exploits and glitches we found. Sure makes you wonder what they care more about a stupid hack or our gaming experience? Latest patch failed! I mean without the PS3 users they would of not made no 256,000,000 million dollars on launch day. In order for there to be action we must petition and take drastic measures. Nothing will be changed if there's 400,000 players online everyday. We need to show them that as PS3 users we need to be treated equal, we make a big part of their revenue. We always get the short end of the stick, we have to stand as a community and stop this. it's not fair to us, we pay the same amount as everyone else and get a piece of $hit game. Not fair to all of us really isn't.

I had just last month came across this petition site and Was thinking of posting it here on NGU, I'm not quite sure as to why I didn't do it. Tbh this game is just bringing down shame on the ps3's Reputation, Rest assured that we all know the ps3 has so much power that could indefinitely be utilized to increase the ultimate gaming experience for its user, But then again we can't really blame the greediness going on in the world of gaming. The key thing that is needed too achieve this is Equality between these two consoles, and as far as I know none of it is being achieved thus causing the longest ever running console war in the history of gaming.

I'm a PS3 user myself, and I have not bought black ops for several reasons.
But honestly, what can you expect? The Xbox has a better processor and more RAM (512mb vs 256 I believe, and I know PCs have way mroe, but a purely dedicated machine for games is different from a PC which has many more processes running in the background) than a PS3, and the PS3 is five year old technology, it simply can't handle a newer memory consuming game like black ops. It's Sony's fault for focusing more on the graphics than actual performance, not Treyarch's fault.
