Lets see what % of people bought it for the PS3. I for a fact know atleast 50% of the sales where from PS3 users. Did we get a discount for getting the crappy unfunctional game? No. We were all so hyped just to be let down by Treyarc. I mean we bought the same game that the X BOX 360 users did. Right? We paid the same price they did, i mean we should be getting the same quality they have, and the same gaming experience right? But we are not, we have lag issues, hit marker issues, connection issues, game freezes PS3. This game has the potential to break our precious gaming console. Are X Box 360 users complaining that the game is freezing their console? No they are not. Yet most PS3 users are facing these problems with the game. All of us are not just me! If the game would damage the PS3 hardware from so many shutdowns, i doubt Treyarc would take responsibility. My point is that it's been over a month now and we sence no urgency in Treyarc to fix these issues. Sure there has been hot fixes, but are to patch exploits and glitches we found. Sure makes you wonder what they care more about a stupid hack or our gaming experience? Latest patch failed! I mean without the PS3 users they would of not made no 256,000,000 million dollars on launch day. In order for there to be action we must petition and take drastic measures. Nothing will be changed if there's 400,000 players online everyday. We need to show them that as PS3 users we need to be treated equal, we make a big part of their revenue. We always get the short end of the stick, we have to stand as a community and stop this. it's not fair to us, we pay the same amount as everyone else and get a piece of $hit game. Not fair to all of us really isn't.

360 users please we want constructive criticism not a Fanboy reply which looks like this: "get a 360" that's not the point. And i'm sure 360 users would be upset if a game was fully functional on the ps3, but would make the 360 crash. This is not about console wars, but what is right. We deserve the same gaming experience.

3arc and Activision obviously shafted PS3 users... and they knew damn well what they were doing. There is NO WAY 3arc didn't know about these issues pre-launch. My guess is, this is why they decided to do a closed beta, and not a public one. Sales would have been SHIT or the launch would have been pushed back further had they done an open beta. They may be dumb, but they're not idiots... The issues are too common for them to not even notice them in a closed beta. Thanks for releasing such a shit game BLATANTLY. You knew what you were doing when you released an unfinished, buggy ass game.

I signed the petition, although I don't think it will do much at all. If they give out a double xp weekend or whatever, I'm glad some of you get a minute bit of compensation for this shit game even though to me, that is a slap in the face. For those who decide to continue supporting this game by purchasing future DLC, I hope it comes with some anal lube as well... you'll surely be needing it. They aren't getting another penny from me Smile

Sorry to hear that! I did not realize it was that bad, I always thought it was the PSN that people complained about. Nothing can be done by the dev's about networks, but the game itself it a totally different animal. I definitely believe the games should be the same. I signed the petition just to help out.

Thanks for the support the PSN is perfectly fine the issues are all game related and code related nothing with the PSN

I completely agree they released the beta on Xbox to weed out all problems with lag, hit box, hit markers, over/under powered gun issues, and everything in between. Then on the release date after playing 1 game every time i tried to join a game it would give a generic message of "Unable to connect to host" as well as all of my friends did. My friend on XBOX has not yet lagged out, froze, disbanded party, and the hit box doesn't nearly compete with the ps3. I mean the knifing system is unbalanced but on ps3 it is ridiculous between the LUNGES and the hole knifing backwards it is simply ridiculous. Something clearly needs to be done.

Mhmm, I see. Well I don't think your job requires much grammatical skills does it? And 80% of the repliers to this thread, me included didn't read that big wall of text..
