(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi

I was playing with a few guys last night and one of them said during the game I almost got you there my reactions arn't what they were used to be. Now the guy I was playing with could be just using it as an excuse because he got out gunned but that got me thinking do you get worse at playing the game as you get older wouldn't your playstyle and skills compensate for the reaction speed we all lose eventually as we get older and older.

I looked at some of the top players on youtube like Sandy, xjawz, xSocrates etc, and most of them are in there mid teens and early twenties.

So I thought I'd ask you all do you find yourself getting better at the game or worse at the game as you get older.What age do you think you peak at playing ,or does age not come into it at all
can you play the game the same way if you were in your 50's rather then your 20's?
or is it all down to things like your playstyle, map knowledge, skills, etc

age has nothing to do with skill. all CoD games are pretty much luck now. maybe a little skill but anyone can click a button to knife, like i said before it just depends if your lucky enough to lunge with it.

My dad is 46 & he gets shit on in every multiplayer mode. One of my professors is about 40, and he's terrible. Most of my friends are about 16-25, for the most part; they're all good. I don't have any little kids added, but I have played with them. I've played with some amazing little dudes, but I'll say 90% of anyone under 13 sucks.

It's not just reaction time. It's more about how well you move around the map, how you strategize, how quickly you can aim on a target from range, and a bunch of other things. If your only strong point is reaction time, then that won't make up for other required skills.

I think early to mid 20's is the high point in your gaming skills, because thats when your brain is fully developed and at it's peak. Example: SeaNanners
