(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The 1.04 Patch Fixed alot of issues but also caused alot unfortunly they have taken our ablity to Mute other players in the Pre Game Lobby.Here is a guide on how to Fix this Problem before Treyarch Fix it themselves. I don't know if Xbox has this issue or not as I only own a PS3.

1.In the Pre game lobby Press Triangle

2.Click on any Recent Players, Player Card then press Circle

3.The mute feature is now back,you have to re do this every time you get into a new lobby.

Don't know if this has been posted or not. I discovered this myself Probably not the first just trying to help.
