I don't know if Xbox has this issue or not as I only own a PS3.

1.In the Pre game lobby Press Triangle

2.Click on any Recent Players, Player Card then press Circle

3.The mute feature is now back,you have to re do this every time you get into a new lobby.

I was wondering where that went, Every now and then I meet lots of Retards in lobbies who Can't speak a word of English /facepalm (Talking about Chavs here hehe)
