Before posting my stats and stuff I wanna ask you something...
Why do you even care about the Win/Lose rate? Cause many good players get on BAD teams and Lose. I mean it happened with everyone right?
IMO you should Change your Attitude, and try to look at Accuracy more than the W/L rate, You might be losing good players here Lawl (Not Talking about myself LOL)

Put it this way, W/L Ratio is a good way to tell if you're a decent player. Saying they get on bad teams all the time would be a lie, so if they're good their W/L should be atleast 1. I mean look at me, my W/L is 2.7, do you know how good that really is? And losing good players? I don't think so, the vast majority that applied didn't look that good to me.
