dude this is his clan u just dont come into his thread tell him what not to do and make an excuse if u have bad players well thats not even half way possible because 50% of the time the players r good yea u might get a bad player or 2 just let him run his clan ok? by the way who the #$#$ negative repped me

Are you 5? Obviously you are cause you think that what I'm saying is that I'm telling him what to do... I'm actually telling him advices that would -smooth-up- The recruitment, I Was a Leader of many clans including other Games So yeah I got some advices that would help other leaders. So Get you facts right before posting some bullsh*t /facepalm

To be honest I think my point of view is not bad or inaccurate because I think many people can't get a W/L ratio below 1 even if they play with randoms. If so, that person is too stubborn to leave when he is playing something like Demolition or Domination. Maybe he should try a FFA gametype or maybe even mercenary as it will eliminate the possibility of playing against organized people.

What position do you think you are magically awarded for being a leader of old clans. You don't get free ranking for being an old soldier. That is worthless garbage here. Reputation is who people think you are and CHARACTER is who you really are. I don't want your advice I wanted your win to loss ratio. If you don't give me that then gtfo of my thread.
