So.... why can't they use the money to make the game amazing?

Answer: They all like to sit in one room with the lights off, and just sniff their precious money and make money jokes and Playstation jokes with each other. At the same time Microsoft is giving them all blow jobs to try to help convince them to make the Playstation version even worse.
