Legally we are allowed a full refund because the product does not meet specification and therefore was falsely advertised, if online play has become unplayable for you contact treyarch or the store you bought it from and try get a full refund as legally we can.

Basically, since Activision never actually SAID the PS3 version and Xbox version were the same quality, they're not legally responsible.

seeing as I am getting a bit bored of the same errors I got MoH for christams but the gameplay is so different and I am not sure I like it.

What you should do is, just in case, always ask the guy at the counter what the game's like, if it lags a lot, and if the PS3 version is just as good as the Xbox version, they'll always answer positively just to make the sale, and then when the game is a huge let down you can get a refund lol

Bad company 2 is what i prefer now.
I just bought the new Vietnam dlc its really good but nothing like Cod it takes skill and tactical team work to win.
On Cod 1 guy could carry the whole team to victory. I know i have done it. But no on BC you all have to play well. :420:

LOL well I hope a new patch is out soon, this has had about half the amount of MW2 and still not as good.

Aint that what all COD games have been like on consoles , unless am mistaken?
I don't think you can get a refund because it does what it meant too.
Online not unplayable just not smooth so therefore you can't.
What am saying....
Unless you can't play the game from day 1 because it keeps giving you a error and can prove it not due to your end. Your not going to get jack sadly....
Still unsure that would fly because online still viewed as a add on and not a right.
You still can do the following take it back to the store if your within the return timelimit.
If your still having issues i would say do the following......post on treyarchs own forum as much detail as you can.
So
Map mode freeze at 12pm with router model , settings port forward etc

I personally think cod in general is just becoming less popular now(among the original gamers not n00bs), i know many people who've played cod for years and like me they're just getting bored of it.
Its pretty much the same thing every year with new weapons,attachments,maps and perks, after 4 years its getting repetitive.
theres only so much you can play the same model of game without getting bored.
perhaps you should try some different genres of game instead of MMOFPS, I've always liked RPG's personally.
