(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If anyone has the fragfx shark, and uses it for Black ops, please tell me how much better it is then the duelshock and if you recommend it. I am seriously considering it.

If anyone doesn't know what it is, it is a pc based controller for the ps3.

Retail: $90

Reason for me putting it in this section is because it deals with any FPS shooter, and the main one I'd be using it with is black ops.

Thanks!

The most apparent problem with mice controllers in black ops is the ability to control the choppers. Definitely much harder to do than on a DS3.

the good thing about the shark tho is you can quickly swap analogue sticks (mouse+chuck) in the time your chopper reaches the battle field.

but i still prefer to have my dualshock at hand and quickly reassign controllers, this can be done nearly as quick as stick swap and is way better than for choppers than the shark

Wow, I never knew they made these.
I always wondered ever since I switched from my PC to the PS3 if they had these. Especially back in COD4 when I just got my PS3. I was like "How the hell do console gamers do this?"

Of course I'm used to it now, but wow. Thanks for the headsup. I might look into these!

If I were you, I would go with the FragFX shark. It is a little expensive, but you can do on the go button mapping, stick swap, macros, and rapid fire. You don't have to plug it into the computer to do any of those.

Key Features:

• 2 AA batteries (not included), as in one in the chuck and one in the mouse
• NEW 50h + play time
• NEW 500h + power save standby
• Mouse 1750 DPI resolution
• Play with the mouse on the PS3 as you would do on a PC
• Full PS3, PC and MAC support, either as a gamepad or mouse/keyboard control
• Fast access to special features (eg macro, rapid-fire, button swap, stick swap, etc.)
• Brand new wireless technology to 2.4 GHz (same as DS3)
• Plug and Play
• NEW dead zone adjustment wheel
• SixAxis support

LOL, that made me laugh. It sounds as if you were like a telemarketer. But thanks for the heads up. I'm looking into these right now.
