This is not possible for Black Ops yet, but If the .self files do get decrypted can't we just remove the RSA checks like the Xbox's xex? Should be somewhat similar since .self files resembles to .xex files.

1. Decrypt .self.
2. Remove RSA checks.
3. Transfer to 3.55 PS3.
4. Online mods. Yeee.

Ya, but this was after the proxy method was patched and before the spoof, however it was on MW2, someone may've been hosting CLs and impersonating him, ppl were impersonating mossy as well a lot

Back on topic, .self mods are definitely the way forward until we can do what the xbox scene has done with patches, i hope it happens soon, .Self decryption may help us find the public keys and be able to disable the checks on the encryption and shit, i'm tired so if i'm not making much sense i'll explain l8r, peace
