2nd chance kills should go to the original shooter only if they are still alive.
Too many players leave a guy in 2nd chance, get killed, and don't tell anyone else where they are.
While down in 2nd, your killstreak should not stack, kills should only count towards killstreaks after they are revived.
It is called 2nd chance, not 1st chance.
When someone gets put down, they should not be able to return fire until they hit the ground. If you can't finish them off till they're down, they shouldn't be able to kill you till they are down as well.
I like the 1 revive idea, but I would like to see them change the team kill revive rule.
If you are put down by a teamate in HC, you should be able to be revived and the person who shot you could not be.
I've had too many killstreaks ended by a teamate and left sitting there waiting to die.
You should also be able to shoot through things, if you have hardened equipped.
I like 2nd chance because it promotes team play, especially when I'm using it, but it is too overpowered, the way it is set up now.
