Theories/Rumours

1. 3arc are deciding to Un-ban people due to the mappack coming out.
2. There losing Valauble money.
3. Delete your 15th Prestige Account.

Yeah i figured that out. I guess all there is left for me to do is wait till someone releases a way to bypass or to unban, or simply wait till the treyarch idiots realize that what they did was REALLY STUPID.

I don't agree with console bans. But TREYARC are the ones who should realize what THEY did?

I have a new theory!!! which worked for me believe it or not.
1. delete your 15th account
2. Delete your savegame data and your datautility
4. put black ops in and re-download patch 1.06 on your legit/main account
5. go on multiplayer and you may or may not be unbanned
note: it might possibly helped me that i called activision and they got my psn

I barely play Black Ops though, i played on the 15th prestige account for 20mins and then logged off then i went off to play Uncharted 2 and the next day the account got banned from Black Ops. I'm not checking if i'm unbanned though it sounds too risky. All i know is that my legit account still works and i can play Black Ops online on that. I'm staying away from Black Ops as for now though lol. Anyways, if Treyarch releases a new game no one will really care for Black Ops anymore, just like WaW there's still people hacking it and no bans. As for MW2, I heard Infinity Ward is finally taking action on that (which is quite stupid months later).

well, after playing b.o all day i've recieved ANOTHER console ban after being unbanned from one earlier today. Treyarch are ****ing with me.

I got console banned yesterday at 2 pm. Got on this morning & was unbanned (happy as f***), played for an hour, kicks me out of a game, and gives me the message that i'm console banned still. WHY THE F*** IS IT DOING THIS??

Good thread, hopefully it will get stickied and stop all the spammed posts saying "I got banned...now I'm unbanned..etc."
