Theories/Rumours

1. 3arc are deciding to Un-ban people due to the mappack coming out.
2. There losing Valauble money.
3. Delete your 15th Prestige Account.

your wrong, because breaking someone console that they legally brought will just make Sony lose another customer. once word goes out and one person tells another how Sony broke there console because they had cfw or been banned for black ops just for a "prestige hack" that doesn't make you better but changes and icon, emblem etc... the word will go out and spread like wildfire so my friend your wrong . it wont be $$$$ for Sony nor treyarch. why? because who likes spend another $300 to pay for system that company made and broke your previous console. that my friend is a no no and will piss people off. so once Sony uses the "kill switch" (which i highly doubt it) everyone will boycott their ps3 and switch to 360 which more $$$$$ for Microsoft.

All i could was laugh when i got the console ban message.. like some people all i was login and and see the prestige and then logged out and deleted my account because i enjoy play through the ranks.. but since im console banned hell... failarch can crash and burn for all i care lol.. console banning is just lazy pos developers who now probably put the nail in this call of duty series, itll take another CoD for activision to recover the COD name from treyarchs fail and banning of consoles. Accounts I understand but consoles... thats a little excessive "shrug" Well looks like a can go put the game case with disc and go shoot it with the skeets and a shotgun and put that game out of its misery

You can't honestly believe that them banning hackers somehow put "the nail in the coffin" for the Call of Duty Series. Modern Warfare 2 sold like hotcakes. Black Ops sold even more because people thought Treyarc was the savior of COD....So when the next COD comes out, it most likely won't be made by Treyarc so it will sell great too. For one because people will repeat history instead this time the praise the new devs while talking about how shitty BO was just like they did MW2.

2ndly because the COD series sells no matter what. Don't let your frustrations cloud your judgement. COD series isn't going down the tubes whatsoever.
