Maggbot timeout!
1. Go To LAN PARTY and set up a match then join a friend and quickly tap O, O, O. you should get a message saying Game Lobby Full.
Now your automatically at the LAN screen. Just go to create a class and go to perks and press square to upgrade. Now just highlight it once bought and accept an invite and tap X repeatedly
***NO LAG NEEDED***

U forgot a few steps, because u can Create a Class u need to join an full game
Just go to Create Match, and join a full game.. Keep pressing O untill ure back @ LAN screen.
The do the steps u said:-)
But Step 4 is just press x-x-x-x-x no Dpad UP thats nonesense

ok so I got this to work ! 
I found that it will work 100% of the time if ur friend (the one who ur joining/sent u the invite) is in a game where the lobby is full
for example, in FFA....all 8 are in game, TDM all 12 spots are taken
this is the only way I got it to work....I tried everything
can u do this for the gold camo also?? If so, how?? thanks for the time

nah, i thought you could but this doesn't work for gold camo

hehe no mate, do exactly what i said.
You dont have to create a match or/and join a full game.
And yeah x dpad UP, x. by pressing x the buy menu wil pop up, then for dpad up you will go to buy and equip and the next x for buying it
and for the other guy, this works without the lag thing, just be fast enough

The way i said is without lag :-).. Also u only have to press O and X nog X - dpad up- X.. It works 100% of the times.
And u need to Create match and then join fullgame otherwise u cant edit ure online classes :-)

that about lag was for that other guy that quote me.
i dont know what ure wanna tell with that first part o x x dpad up x...
maybe at your way you need to do it. but at mine you just need quick pres x dpad up x, its al in the time your joining your friend.
And that create match and join a game so you can edit your class is bullshit.
