For example: you go into a lobby of Search and Destory and there are all 15th prestiges on the other team, are you intimidated?

Well, prestige is more intimidating to me on Black Ops, cause they're more legit than other CoDs.

Not at all, there are 15th prestigers out there with a 1.00 k/d and they are just garbage but they get 15th from playing 20+ days. I don't get how you can play the game so much and still suck at it. lol.

Well since it's impossible to get to 15th prestige in six days, making you most likely a booster, it's POSSIBLE you have no life.

Personally, I think prestige means nothing in this game unless you want Gold Guns. That's it.

I am a 15 prestiger, (12 days played) and so are most of my friends. We play on ps3.

First id like to say, that as i would prestige, i would get better with time, makes sense, spend more hours, get more knowledge, learn better spots, practice shot, find right classes for which maps etc

We play mostly HC search n destroy, but this can be applied to any game mode really. Like last night for example, we were 4 15 prestige, 1 12, and one non prestiger with all pro perks (he regrets not prestiging now, he thought it would take foreverrr LMFAO) we didint loose one game in over 4 hours, and kept my buddies win streak alive, now was at 144. People would come in n out, and just end up leaving, we knew how to adjust to different types of players, what classes to take on offense, defense, on different maps, and of course had good communication. Its all experience.

Now theres two variables that come into play,
--we are all humans, meaning, we might have a bad game here and there, if phone rings, gf talking in backround, wtv it is, so Prestigers dont always win, but you can put your money on it that they will.

-- second, lets say we are 6 5th prestige lvl 26 , we have no pro perks, we leveling up, if we play 6 lvl 50 non prestigers with all pro perks with 7 days played, than they have an advantage. So it comes down to, is the experience of the prestiger greater than the advantage the pro perks gives the non prestigers? Again, in this situation, prestigers dont always win, but you can put your money on it that they will.

Ultimately, you have us, all 15th prestigers with pro perks, for the ultimate ownage. We know every wall we can shoot through for surprise kills, spawn tomahawks, nades, we all use flak jacket pro, steady aim pro/ sleight of hand pro with ninja pro, with our headsets. We've seen it all before, shouldnt that make us better? Think of it as a resume for a job. Id definitely hire myself before your scrub ass claiming theres no difference. It only demonstrates stupidity.


Game is all about statistics, and the odds are on the prestigers side.

Technically, being prestige just means new badge's, camo's ect. Prestige has NOTHING to do with skill.
