So anyway, I haven't been on my Ps3 in a while but I went on my banned account. I loaded up the game and read the error msg. So I decided to go to the website and look at there forum. I was going through a thread and some guy got banned for nothing. So, he said something about before banning us they could tell us why were banned instead of just banning us with no proof. So, it made me think. Why dont they ever send us proof that we were boosting or hacking? They cant just ban us for no reason because some boner face kid abused the report button. Then someone brought up something abot a lawsuit :carling:

I think someone here should file a lawsuit. And for every person they banned, they need proof. It'll be a easy win. Plus we can get them to remove the report button too. I mean, this would be a great idea. Right? :carling:

They did nothing illegal. You can't sue them. At all. Get over it already.

But they have no proof. So what now? Perma ban for doing nothing kinda sounds illegal to me. Especially when you paid for the game.

i get where your trying 2 get at but, it's people vs Big business. Big business always wins.. personally wait til march 3 r w/e the date 4 strike see if there greedy a$$es unban us.. because treyarch WILL Lose a maximum of 750,000$ if the dont unban from ps3 key word there "maximum" but, yea either there gold diggers or there loyal 2 there word.. Their proof is that your account was eboot hacked to get to 15th prestige and the only way to have done it was through the CFW. I know its a bitch i was banned too but I'm honestly better off not playing that game. Just forget about it, maybe the rumors of unbanning us when the DLC comes out? If not there's still plenty of great games out there.

This is just a sad attempt to get yourself unbanned knowing full well that you hacked. Instead of asking other users to sue, why don't you do it and see it how goes.

We got banned for hacking or using a hacked account, people should just take responsibility for their actions.

They only banned the multiplayer, that's not illegal. You bought the game and didn't follow the rules, so they have the right to ban you.
