Fresh-faced Sledgehammer Games has set its sights on delivering a 95+ rated, “bug free” Call of Duty title.

That’s according to a job advertisement posted by the studio, which confirms the firm is currently hiring for a quality assurance tester.

"The candidate will help Sledgehammer Games deliver a 95+ rated Call of Duty game 'bug free' meeting the high expectations of gamers today,” the ad reads.

Needless to say, this should come as a relief to many PlayStation 3 owners after the previous CoD outing, Black Ops, was plagued by numerous issues pertaining to the shooter’s online component.

Activision issued a series of patches to remedy the issue, though not before gamers accused the publishing behemoth for using them “like game testers.” Ouch.

As for this year's entry in the venerable series, Sledgehammer’s supposedly working alongside Infinity Ward and Raven Software on the project, which is apparently none other than Modern Warfare 3.

More as it breaks.

LOL or what! An obvious ploy to keep gamers hopes and dreams floating up there on cloud 9. I'll bet my life that NGU will be full of exploits for MW3 in the first week or so. Who would even know if they really did employ any regular people for game testing, are THEY not the experts? I mean if they gave me a job, what could I do in regards to solving bug problems? I dont know ****, thats why i come on NGU..... where the REAL experts are. On the flip side, that would be a sweet job. lol.

What's even fun about that? Maybe they are releasing a Open beta unlike BO and MW2 did?
Maybe they are indeed trying to do their best.
