Thats considered lying to them and when they find out that you got the PS3 banned from a game, they can probably sue you for falsifying information, mostly because gamestop would never think to sell a banned console. I mean idk if they would go THAT far with the situation, but you would still get in trouble if they found out.

Just dont say anyting but the fact that its old and you wanna upgrade =D
