You can't get perks from monkeys that aren't open to purchase.....

If you mean you cant get jugganog when you haven't opened it for free you can because yesterday i had all perks and jugganog wasn't open

Yeah me and a buddy did it yesterday with both speed cola and juggernog, but juggernog is the only one you dont have to go to in order to open PaP

SOoo how do you get juggernog if the room to it isn't even open?? Its not possible...

If you finish a monkey round without letting a monkey to a perk machine then the last monkey killed drops an item that gives you a free perk.
