He is basically saying to do this:

Do not open room to Jug

Buy any perk except Jug (so you get Monkey round)

During Monkey Round make sure they DO NOT get to touch/jump on the Perk Machines

At the end of the round you will get a random perk

If you are lucky you will get Jug and will not lose it because monkeys cannot jump on the machine since the room is not open

There is no tutorial for this, you have to fortunate to get the jug after you kill the last monkey, but you gotta make sure to prevent monkey touching any perk machine. You will get max ammo and a random perk.

... not really a glitch and its common sense

This is obvious i will give you the loe down on this,

If the monkeys do not jump on any of the perk machines you will get a perk at the end of the round

The monkeys will only come when the power is switched on

The monkeys will only attck/jump on the perk machines of what people have purchased/ have active at the time ( have the perk) e.g. if no one has purchased/have it at the time( have the perk ) PHD flopper the monkeys wont attack/jump on it this rule applies for all perks.

Hope i cleared this up for some people

That is incorrect. You can definitely get perks that you haven't opened doors to.
