Everytime you Prestige, you keep your emblems and titles/backgrounds.

Also, as you reach higher prestiges, you may also unlock extra bonuses:

1st Prestige: Prestige Playlists (Prestige TDM), Prestige Leaderboards, 6th Custom class + Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

2nd Prestige: Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

3rd Prestige: 7th Custom Class and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

4th Prestige: Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

5th Prestige: 8th Custom Class and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

6th Prestige: Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

7th Prestige: 9th Custom Class and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

8th Prestige: Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

9th Prestige: 10th Custom Class and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

10th Prestige: Prestige Playlists (Prestige Hardcore) and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

11th Prestige: Additional Facepaints for Create-A-Class and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

12th Prestige: Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

13th Prestige: Coloured Clan-Tags and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

14th Prestige: Golden Guns and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

15th Prestige: Prestige Playlist (Prestige Pure), Golden Guns and Respective Title and Emblems for that Prestige.

That's all of my own knowledge about the matter of prestiging. I might have missed 1 or 2 minor things, but that's pretty much everything you unlock at each and every individual prestige. Hope it helps
