All I really know for sure are

Emblems
Backgrounds

You unlock new titles and backgrounds when you prestige, I think it's worth it because it gives you something to do. Winky Winky

This is false. You loose etherything but emblems and clan tag. you even loose all your COD points

you loose all your stuff but you gain stuff like extra create a class slots and other stuff
