These are the step i do let me know if im doin something wrong
1.I Go to Network setting and go to dns and set to my Computer ip and Router ip on it.
2.Than i run ****3arc-unban-ofw Since im running 3.60 Ofw Btw im running xp on this computer if that a problem let me know.
3.Than i sign on psn and Run Black ops.

Sounds like you haven't done it properly, try it again, and check two things

1. That your Antivirus Firewall isn't blocking the app.

2. That you have your PC's IP in Primary DNS and Routers IP in Secondary DNS!

I have dont everything correct.. But im going to double check the Antivirus Thanks btw.

No problem, if that doesn't work, then I really don't have a clue, unless your using CFW.

Look i can't make this more simpler..
1) I am not an idiot.
It doesn't work i've ran F*cktreyarch and i put my pc ip as my primary and secondary... and.. I also tried putting router ip as secondary thats just showing me on normal blackops serevrs
First error gives dns
second sign's in normally and im banned on it.

Check if your Antivirus is blocking the application.

Exact same thing is happening for me.

Put your computer's ip in both the primary dns and secondary dns in the internet settings on the ps3
