These are the step i do let me know if im doin something wrong
1.I Go to Network setting and go to dns and set to my Computer ip and Router ip on it.
2.Than i run ****3arc-unban-ofw Since im running 3.60 Ofw Btw im running xp on this computer if that a problem let me know.
3.Than i sign on psn and Run Black ops.

if you can sign in fine and get to black ops and then it still says youre banned then thats because they banned you from the new server that we are trying to use...i suggest going back to kingofunivers first post and download his updated tool because he switched the servers to a new one and i was just playing on it 10 minutes ago so they havnt banned anyone on it yet i dont think
