It's a console ban.. so that's why whoever you sold it to can play on it. If that was a legit 14th account then you shouldn't get banned but to be on the safe side i wouldn't risk it, you know how 3arc are lol.

It is a legit 14th account BUT I did 15th prestige account on OTHER accounts while having my 14th prestige account still on my OLD PS3.

I tried going on my 14th legit on my last PS3 and I was banned.


I didn't sell it, I gave it away

if you never used any glitch or hack on that account you have nothing to worry about. except for pissing off the guy who you plan on taking it back from.

Hey, I just added my old account I gave away that was banned from Black Ops.

I added my account back and it said the owner was playing Domination on Discovery.

How is this if I was perma-banned?
It was 14th prestige and I gave it away! Now its playing again!!

I just got a new PS3. Should I recover my account? or will I get banned?
No hacks were done on the account but I did use my last PS3 and did the 15th prestige hack on other accounts.

(If I recover my account, will I get console banned again even though I didn't use any exploits on it?)
