lol? okay dude..
that account was never banned to begin with. you couldn't use the account because your console was banned from playing blackops.
the fix to this problem is to buy a new PS3 and then you could play on the account that you gave away.
You will never get banned for playing on that name, and you will never get banned for recovering it.
although, you might get a pissed off friend.

You don't get banned if u use ur legit acc. Only if u use banned acc. (15th hacked acc).if it ur legit acc I would recover it
