My Gamertag is US and I add 1600 MP on it with US MP Card
My Game "Black Ops" is NTSC
The DLC is [EN] and it is on the Black Ops store, so it must to be for my game region.
So what is the problem ? that mean I lost my MP on that account ?
I do not now if this will help but i hope it helps.
could do the following.
1. Ring microsoft they will be able to trace the payment and see what the exact problem is
if they see that the problem can not be resolved they will refund you.
2. Ring treyarch or contact them on their website they will get back to you but i think the
first soloution is the best.
