(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know / heard that there used to be this machine that gave you max ammo everytime you bought it, but was taken out for being overpowered. So what I'm thinking can happen is this:

There would be a question mark outlined on the wall somewhere (preferably a hard to get/risky place to get (as in risky to head to during the middle of a round)) that you could purchase ammo for your box weapons at 1,500 points (6,000 for upgraded weapons)

Idk, just an idea. Anyone agree/have any changes you could make to further balance it?

Edit: Maybe the question mark can randomly move just like the box, and when it moves, it doesn't give you the ammo you purchased and doesn't give you a refund (or maybe it should? no idea on this one)

It sounds a good theory but with four players the game will just be neverending really. The main reason i die is because im out of ammo and going to find a weapon so people will be able to get to 50+ quite easily, so would take the fun out of running out of ammo and running round with a horde of zombs behind.

True I guess, but if it could be placed in an area that's easy to get trapped in, and able to move around just like the box to other areas easy to get trapped in, it wouldn't be just like "oh I'm out of ammo, time to go get some with this rape train behind me". You would have to wait for a nuke or the end of a round. It could also be something like the way you get to the PaP machine in Five where you have to go do 5 things before you get to it, and you only get like 30 seconds in there, etc.

well instead of buying full ammo it could be so you can only buy like one mag at a time or something. maybe just have a perk that fills your ammo up randomly or something. like 1 mag per round or 10 bullets a minute or something

That would be a cool perk.

(using the same name as the old ammo perk)

Ammo-matic (or something like that):
Cost: 3,000
What it does: It acts like the scavenger in the sense that you can pick up ammo from dead zombie bodies. You get one clip of ammo per zombie. This might sound overpowered, but during a horde of zombies, running over dead zombies looking for ammo could be risky. Also, the ammo drop only lasts as long as the dead body's sprite (graphic) is there. If the round ends (the last zombie is killed), the ammo drops also disappear. Also, when receiving full ammo power-up, the player also gets their loaded clip full (not having to reload before getting max ammo).

Idk, it seems a bit overpowered to me, but I couldn't find a way to balance it any better.

Edit: I should also state that this would only go into future zombie map(s), and not patched into older ones (this hasn't been done anyways, but stated for clearance)

Could make it so you have to hold x/sq over the zombies body like the way you can pick up your claymores could maybe take 3secs to pick up a clip

That's a great idea, never though of that. Would be a nice perk to have Happy Even though it would be hard to get ammo in most cases, it might be a life saver. (for instance, on CoTD, you could shoot a scavenger and pick up ammo for your other weapon or something).

ohh good idea, but mayb they should put t in some sort of special drop that happens when you kill a zombie... hmmm and mayb they should call it max ammo
just a thought! Awesome face lol JK

but its still a good idea, id love ammo-matic to b in a zombie map but if someone has the thunder (if its in future maps) it would be totally abused and would make it very hard for you to go down, it would be the same with monkeys (if theyre in future maps too)
although this would make it a lot easier to kill george in CoTD
mayb if the machine could only be used so many times before it goes away

still i like the idea of it :pedo:

Wouldn't be as easy as you think. If you have to go find the zombie's body(ies) you just launched with the thundergun, and sit there for 3 seconds holding X, it is still very possible to get trapped. Happy
