1. Go downed in water.
2. Keep pressing A for xbox or X i think for PS3 and you'll jump around in the water while you're downed. My brothers mate found this out while ****ing around in the water... All credits go to me and my bros friend i guess.

I actually couldnt get it to work, but it was a misconception on his part because sometimes when your in water you will start bobbing randomly
