1. Go downed in water.
2. Keep pressing A for xbox or X i think for PS3 and you'll jump around in the water while you're downed. My brothers mate found this out while ****ing around in the water... All credits go to me and my bros friend i guess.

sorry, i missed another part, it only works 50% of the time i think. You may have to be frozen while downed also. IDK such a random trick...
