I talked to him and he said he could host lobbies and hasent been banned and been 16th for over 2 months. He said he does this by using a server similar to PNET. He also said he needs to get a T-Volt/Bolt(?) cable too. He also apparently made his own patch and charges $35 PayPal to get into one of his lobbies.There are pictures in his file share of him apparently hosting one because on the screen it says steamzzz Black Ops Patch and on the left is Navigate Mod Menu etc. So do you guys think he actually hacked Black Ops?

God guys, if you are to respond with something useful. No, you are not able to do any lobbies on PS3 and XBOX360. He probably got to be 16th prestige from the 16th prestige glitch back when Black Ops came out. Don't believe this guy, he will scam you. There is no such thing as lobbies on Xbox360 or PS3.
