(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); You might be able to be shot with the pack-a-punched Ballistic Knife, when you crawl up the stairs a bit and become stuck up on the stairs.

Text Tut -

1. Go to corner near Pack-a-Punch
2. Lie down and start moving a lot
3. Slide should activate and you will be on top

Ok, so mines is a different video and it has a text tut, so, yea I don't think this has been posted :lol:
