The maps can be up this weekend or when Microsoft fix the problem.
This problem is only on Puerto Rico.
If you are wondering buy the maps using credit cards, the error will appear.
If you are trying to buy the maps using MSP, the error will appear.
If you are trying to buy the maps using the Annihilation Card, the error will appear.

Just to let you all know (Puerto Rico people) that you can download the map packs now,i downloaded them and the download starts at 98% well for me
